Andrea Capuano

Andrea Capuano is Vice President of Organizational Development at ComDoc, headquartered in Green, Ohio. She joined ComDoc in 1993 and is responsible for Human Resources/Payroll, Corporate Administrative Support, Product/Solutions Knowledge and Sales Development. 

An advocate of servant leadership, Andrea is a small group facilitator for Heart to Heart Communications, an organization dedicated to the personal and spiritual development of leaders. She co-founded Green High School’s “Developing Leaders of Tomorrow” program, and has created several leadership programs at ComDoc and for ComDoc’s parent company, Global Imaging. She founded and leads ComDoc’s women’s leadership group, called Inspire, and co-founded ComDoc’s emerging leaders program called SPLASH! 

Her service in the community includes years as an officer with the Living Fountain Dance Company and Cuyahoga Falls Jaycees, and as a coach for Cuyahoga Falls track and cross-country teams. She is currently a founding member of Stark County’s Women’s Impact, Inc., serves on the Business Advisory Board at Malone University and serves on the Pro Football Hall of Fame Autograph Committee. She is a seasoned public speaker who has presented to organizations throughout Ohio. She is featured on Heart to Heart’s YouTube Channel, where she speaks on the topic of “HR’s Role in Coaching through Adversity.” 

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Kent State University, and her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Malone University. She is certified by Xerox Corporation as an Instructional Methods trainer and is currently pursuing her 200YTT (Yoga Certification). She is also certified in DiSC® methodology.  She is a graduate of the 22nd Class of Leadership Stark County.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Andrea was raised in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She now lives in Canton, Ohio with her husband Mark and enjoys spending her free time with her stepsons Michael, Nicklaus and Gino, daughter-in-law Julia, and granddaughters Evalyn and Francesca.
