Robert J. Keegan, Chairman and CEO of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, spoke at the Heart to Heart Communications Annual Breakfast April 26 at 7:10 a.m. Keegan, who has guided Goodyear through a historic turnaround and also has been recognized for his generous support of programs for children with autism, discussed leadership qualities that help people make the right decisions whether the challenges they face are in the Board Room or with community activities.
