Developing your Leadership from Within

Heart to Heart is proud to introduce an intensive new leadership development series starting in January 2010..
This program is a new format offered by Heart to Heart. It is not a Leadership Connections learning style, nor is it a one-time program that will change behavior temporarily. As with all Heart to Heart programs, your behaviors will change because your inner values and sense of self will be enhanced at each session.

Session 5 – Energizing employee engagement and initiative –
November 13, 2009 – Guest Speaker: Tom Strauss, President & CEO, Summa Health System
Session 6 – Staying positive, grounded and resilient –
December 4, 2009 – Guest Speaker: Linda Teodosio, Judge, Summit County Juvenile Court
This six session curriculum is designed to build awareness, develop skills and improve the attitudes necessary for highly-effective leadership. Each two-and-a-half hour session begins at 7:30 a.m. on Friday mornings.
Facilitators will be Father Norm Douglas and Larry Vuillemin. Sessions will be enhanced by special presentations from local leaders and CEOs. You will be immersed in the topics indicated above and will develop a sense of accountability to your group peers as you put into practice the skills you learn.
Cost for the course is $395. Additional attendees from the same company are invited to attend at 10% off.
